Harebells are one of my favourite flowers.
We walked through the fields down towards the river.
The narrow stiles are tricky for some!
Everywhere looked wonderfully green after the burnt-out summer that we have experienced in the south- west of England.
I would have loved to go on this walk. Lichen covered stones and green green.
ReplyDeleteIt's a very special place for me, Susan, so I shall admit to bias!
DeleteOh how beautiful! -Jenn
ReplyDeleteWe usually walk up on the moor top with far-reaching views, but on this trip the wind was harsh (hence cotton wool in the ear drums!) and we kept to the lower fields.
DeleteWhat a beautiful walk !
ReplyDeletecheers, parsnip and badger
These walks are full of memories for me, I walked them often with my father. It was the first visit for our grandson, who shares my father's birth date and has been given his name. Just wonderful!
