My bit of the world seems to be a very compact place compared to your vast and beautiful home area, Barb. It's fascinating for me to see the places where other bloggers live - I marvel every week at the photos that Spare Parts shows.
The weekend is shaping up well! Fifty years ago today Himself asked my father permission to marry his daughter. Dad thought he was asking to borrow his car and replied, "Aye, lad, take it." I'm still laughing!
Looking at the weather reports I think that you are enjoying far better weather at the moment than here in the South West.We are hoping to be back in the Dales before too long.
