I just love when balloons come by. I went up on one, but I did not get far because there was no wind. Story of my life - lots of opportunities, but never really went anywhere.
Yes, I have a child-like pleasure in seeing balloons floating overhead but I've never been up in one. The story of your life, perhaps you can describe it as gentle - turbulent would have been dreadful!
Snap! I spend most of the spring and summer mouth open looking up and catching flies... they drift over my house and my children run out side to wave. People can hear your conversations up there because it is sooooo silent. Although it may be because we get sooooo excited and make a lot of noise waving.ooops Your garden looks a delight!
I live with Himself (husband) in the coastal town of Bournemouth in the South-West of England.

I have noticed how clearly you can hear the people in the balloon, until they get too close and my dog starts barking!
DeleteGreetings Rosemary! I hope you are well. A glorious set of images, from what indeed looks like a wonderful day!
ReplyDeleteHello there Bertie, it's the wildly optimistic season shaping up for gardeners, so I'm feeling good!
