  3. Dear Friend for the last year I have been overwhelmed with health problems. You and a few others have been lost in a muddle of thoughts in my mind and my computer

  8. Hospital for Christmas, which saw me leave leave eight cm. of stomach plumbing behind for the delectation of the lab technicians. No mangers but I was treated with great compassion and burst into tears when I tried to celebrate the skills and sympathy I'd received. The staff's heroism under trying conditions are alluded to elsewhere.

  10. There are definitely quite a lot of particulars like that to take into consideration. That may be a great point to bring up. I supply the ideas above as normal inspiration however clearly there are questions like the one you deliver up where a very powerful thing shall be working in sincere good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged round issues like that, however I am sure that your job is clearly recognized as a fair game.
