Bunting is up all over the village of Mells in preparation for Easter Monday's daffodil festival.But today all was quiet and it was a pleasant place to stroll in the weak spring sunshine.
After a gentle meander around the village we called in at the community run shop for a light lunch (and a look at the plant stall!)
Then we drove to the city of Wells and did a bit more strolling,
and enjoyed the blossom.
