A quiet Sunday

Woke this morning, sun shining, no plans to go anywhere, do anything much. All quiet, people in bed. Did my usual early potter round the garden. Looked at the thermometer, everything set fair. Madness in the world but today I have just enjoyed and appreciated the small stuff.

    Very wise. I toobtook a potter about the gardens, and left the news turned off. I can't change what happened, although heaven knows I wish I could. The world has gone mad. Led of course by the USA's madman-in-chief.

    Those of us who have the opportunity to still enjoy life in spite of the madness are fortunate or blessed (depending on which way you like to see it), and I count myself among them.

    Just enjoy the peace of your beautiful garden!! We actually had a day of rain and I hope my pumpkins will start galloping and green up the garden a little
